Anthony J. Paveglio, O.D.
Anthony J. Paveglio, O.D., was raised in Flint, Michigan and graduated from Kearsley High school. He attended Ferris State University Pre-Optometry program and was accepted early into Illinois College of Optemetry after three years of undergraduate studies. He graduated from Illinois College of Optometry with his Doctorate of Optometry in May of 1998.
Since becoming an optometrist, Dr. Paveglio has been a franchise owner with D.O.C. Optics, worked with an ophthamological practice co-managing cataract and glaucoma patients. For the last nine years he has worked with SVS Vision in Shelby Township. While with SVS Vision he was named Doctor of the Year in 2008. |
Dr. Paveglio practices full scope primary eye care that incorporates cutting edge technologies with quality patient care.
He provides routine exams for eye glasses and contacts and also has excellent diagnostic skills and is able to detect cataracts, glaucoma, corneal and retinal diseases to help maintain good ocular health. Dr. Paveglio co-manages patients undergoing cataract and lasik surgery with local ophthalmologists. Dr. Tony has a friendly, outgoing personality and a great patient rapport.
Dr. Paveglio has been a resident of Sterling Heights with his wife and two children for the last 16 years. He is an active member of the community and attends St. Michael's Church. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club and Knights of Columbus.
